I once regarded “drain the swamp” as a campaign jingle, but not after observing every Democrat with a pulse support illegal aliens. If it’s not Joel Cano (D-NM) harboring three Venezuelans, it’s Chris Hollen (D-MD) trying to spring a Salvadoran from prison, or Hannah Dugan (D-WI) trying to keep a Mexican out of ICE custody. Sadly, Cano and Dugan are judges, and Hollen is a US senator.
Now I know what drives America First; fear of Democrats deciding WHO is a threat to our democracy, WHICH rule of law must be obeyed, and WHEN no one is above the law. Senator Hollen doesn’t think the deportation debate was decided in the 2024 election. Judge Dugan doesn’t care that sneaking across the US-Mexican border is a federal crime. Judge Cano doesn’t care that 81% of all Americans want “all illegal-alien criminals deported” (source: Harvard/Harris).
It’s this simple: Senator Hollen knows Salvadoran Abrego Garcia has yet to produce “any immigration documentation that would allow him to remain in the United States legally” (source: Just The News). But he thinks US immigration laws are immoral and law enforcement officers cannot be trusted. So, he runs around saying ICE is going to arrest documented foreign tourists and harass US citizens any day now.
In fact, one is more likely to be wrongfully convicted (10,000 per year) in America than wrongfully deported (4,965 per year). As if “wrongful” even applies to Garcia, who is not a “Maryland Man” or “kind husband” and is “involved with MS-13.”
Let’s not bring back a citizen of El Salvador, who admitted to an immigration judge that he “entered the US illegally in 2012” (source: Just The News). Let’s not waste taxpayer money on an illegal alien whose court records show he “refused a grant of asylum” and said he “was willing to leave the US” (source: BBC News). Let’s stop caring about a man whose wife sought two restraining orders for domestic violence (source: CNN).
In 2019, two immigration judges found “sufficient evidence” of Garcia’s MS-13 membership, denying him bail because he was “a danger to property or persons”. In 2022, Garcia was stopped while driving eight illegal aliens from Texas to Maryland in a car owned by a known MS-13 member convicted of human trafficking, with no luggage and every passenger claiming Garcia’s home address as their own (source: Just The News).
Let’s cut to the chase. Garcia has not earned the privilege of US citizenship because of the “due process” provided by three immigration courts, state police in Maryland and Tennessee, the Department of Homeland Security, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Knock it off, Senator, and fix the economy.
A “rogue judge” is no longer a GOP talking point when she rope-a-dopes FBI agents on behalf of an illegal immigrant, and he harbors three Tren De Aragua gangbangers. She’s Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan. He’s former Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano. Dugan and Cano want us to believe theirs is the spirit of Harriet Tubman. What a bunch of malarkey!
Here’s an idea for Democrats: obey the law!
It’s nuts that a Milwaukee County (WI) judge was arrested for “concealing” Mexican Eduardo Flores-Ruiz to “prevent his arrest” by ICE and FBI agents, when he was in her court on trial for domestic violence – and the victims had requested anonymity out of fear. I’m sorry, your honor, but maybe the FBI was onto something.
Because 2013 court records show Flores-Ruiz entered the US illegally, was arrested and removed to Mexico by Border Patrol. New records show he never obtained permission to re-enter the US, and was arrested this year on domestic violence charges. And, after Judge Dugan sneaked him out of her courtroom, the FBI spotted Flores-Ruiz outside the courthouse, and had to chase him down the street (source: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel).
Elsewhere in Wisconsin, two Democratic judges threatened not to hold court in protest of Dugan’s arrest, Democrat governor Tony Evers issued a memo ordering public employees to obstruct ICE agents, and 205,000 football fans cheered NFL draft picks in Green Bay. Which is to say I’d rather dance a polka with the Cheeseheads than donate to the Democrats.
