Insurrection: An act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government.

Merriam-Webster

The Autopensurrection was much worse than January 6, Monicagate, or Watergate. Trump’s “stop the steal” mobs were wrong, but 77.3 million “insurrection” skeptics just re-elected him. Clinton lied on TV and under oath, but his infidelity never affected my peace and prosperity. Nixon dishonored the office, but presidents Ford and Carter disheartened the electorate. So, what about crowd-sourcing Biden’s plenary powers if he were non compos mentis? It’s the worst.

Because…the Vesting Clause in Article II of the Constitution says “the executive power shall be vested in a president.” Just one, and the only official in all of government – federal, state or local – elected by the entire nation. Hence, the will of we the people was imbued into President Biden, and our democracy was usurped if his unelected staff, answerable to no one, set and enacted their own agenda.

Biden’s party and media allies denied such anarchy until Original Sins by Jake Tapper (CNN) and Alex Thompson (Axios) released in May. 200 sources, including White House staff at all levels, confirmed that – without Joe Biden’s approval or awareness – presidential policies and decisions were signed by autopen. This confirmed what House Speaker Mike Johnson witnessed in January 2024; Biden “genuinely did not know he had signed” an order pausing LNG exports to Europe.

Here’s a Credible Conspiracy

Johnson had scheduled a “one-to-one meeting” with Biden to discuss LNG exports, was greeted by a roomful of aides, legislators and Biden seeking funding for Ukraine, and observed “visible concern” on every face when Biden asked to “have the room” with him. Alone with Biden, Johnson asked him why he’d paused LNG exports to Europe: “Why would you do that? You are fueling Putin’s war machine.” Biden replied: “I didn’t do that.” Told of his executive order, Biden imperatively denied ever signing such an order (source: The Free Press).

Johnson’s story squares with Power The Future’s complaints that eight specific executive orders were never discussed by Biden: “These are not obscure bureaucratic memos; these were foundational shifts in American energy policy, yet not once did Joe Biden speak about them publicly.” Power The Future’s complaints square with an op-ed by Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) in the Wall Street Journal:

“When President Biden and I spoke before Congress passed the Inflation Reduction Act, we agreed the bill was designed to pay down our national debt and shore up America’s energy security. Yet instead of implementing the law as intended, unelected appointees determined to subvert the law’s intent to expand fossil energy, and to increase clean-energy spending to deficit-breaking levels” (emphasis mine).

I believe Manchin because petrol prices jumped from $2.17 to $3.85 under the Green New Dealers, who covered for Biden the loudest. Pete Buttigieg saw a “sharp and focused leader” every day, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said Biden was the “most successful president in modern history,” because the Inflation Reduction Act included almost $370 billion in climate and clean energy subsidies

If the President told the Speaker, “I did not sign an order” pausing LNG shipments because a White House “politburo” did not tell him, while America’s budget and trade deficits worsened, and Europe funded Putin’s economy, then the real “existential threat to our democracy” would be those staffers, right?

We The People Deserve Answers

On June 2, the DOJ’s pardon attorney, Ed Martin, told staff they’d been directed to investigate clemency and pardons granted, focusing on whether Biden “was competent and whether others were taking advantage of him through use of AutoPen or other means” (source: Reuters). The House Oversight Committee has asked Biden aides Donilon, Reed and Richetti to testify about the “cover-up of President Biden’s mental decline and operations within the Biden White House” (source: The Hill).

Maybe candidate Biden was fit to serve, but slid into senility during his presidency. That’s the left’s argument, along with Reagan’s Alzheimer’s, and a Bush DOJ memo from 2005 (“the President need not personally perform the physical act of affixing his signature…”). They hope CNN’s confirmation of an autopen being used to allocate $105 billion to the FAA was a one-off.

But…maybe a cabal of Clinton-Obama elites schemed a senescent Joe Biden into the nomination, gamed state-election laws to defeat Trump, installed a White House “Politburo” to advance an agenda most voters did not support (e.g. 70% opposed Biden’s DEI policies), and coordinated political and media allies to deceive the US electorate. I suspect the worst because…

The New York Post reports an anonymous Biden staffer claims to have made unilateral decisions (plural) to affix the President’s auto-signature. Biden cut numerous quid-pro-quo deals in South Carolina to secure his nomination. Too many shady Clinton-Obama loyalists joined the Biden administration; like National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, who’d been Obama’s policy planning director and Hillary’s Alfa Bank hoax co-conspirator.

Domestic Policy Council director Susan Rice obfuscated Obama’s Benghazi screw-up. Secretary of State Antony Blinken initiated the Russian Disinformation letter. Counselor to the President, Steve Richetti, employed all four of his children in the White House. Hunter Biden’s pardon is the only one known-for-sure to have been signed by Joe Biden.

Right on cue, an email from Joe Biden tried to misdirect the nation: “Let me be clear. I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders and proclamations. Any suggestion that I didn’t is nothing more than a distraction (from) Republican legislation to cut Medicaid, and raise costs on families, to pay for tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy.”

Hmm…that’s not really proof. And for all we know, Hunter might have sent that email (and I wouldn’t believe him if he told me it was raining outside).
